Q - When I book an order on your site is it being booked with the club.

Toronto Nightclub VIP is an authorized VIP host for all the clubs that are listed on our site; your booking is guaranteed and the club is aware of the order from the time you place the order.

Q - I have booked an order for a VIP Package with Free Limo Service and have 1 extra person that would now like to join our group?

Unfortunately, we can only accept orders for packages including limos in certain sizes, 10, 14, 20, 24, 28 and 38. These are the increments that represent different seatbelt totals for limousines. For example if you have a confirmed order for 10, we cannot transfer 11 persons as the limo assigned would only be insured and have 10 seatbelts total. Therefore, if you wanted to be able to bring more persons you would have to cancel the original order, per the cancellation policy, and re book for 14. You would be charged based on 14 persons even if you have less, as that is the next size limo we would have to send to accommodate your party.  For more information please contact TorontoNIghtclubVIP.com by responding to your confirmation email or calling us.

Q - Can I pay for a VIP Package with Free Limo Order with my credit card instead of cash at pick-up?

Unfortunately, no. The limos are not equipped with wireless credit card terminals therefore upon pick up you are required to pay your driver in cash in full. Your card is only used to guarantee the order and charged if you no showed at pick-up or cancelled without providing the required notice to not be charged.

Q - My friend lost his or her ID will he/she still be let into the club?

Unfortunately,  no.  All persons entering a Nightclub in Ontario are required to present Government Issued Photo ID. The following are the only acceptable forms of ID the club will accept: Photo Drivers License, Passport, Military ID, LCBO Card, Photo Citizenship Card, Photo Landed Immigrant Card, Photo Health cards and Ontario Security License are accepted at the Club Securities discretion.

Q - If I have a Bottle Service or VIP Package booked do I still need to submit a Guest List Request?

For up to the number of persons that you ordered the Bottle Service or VIP Package for you do not need an additional guest list request. If you have additional persons that were not included in the total when you placed your order we would suggest you submit a guest list request for them. However, please note the VIP Packages that include Booths/Seating and Bottle Service orders are usually located in VIP areas of the clubs and general customers do not have access to those areas. We would suggest you contact us and request to increase your order to accommodate your additional guests so everyone has access to the same areas of the club.  Simply contact TorontoNightclubVIP.com by replying to your email confirmation or giving us a call.

Q - Can I choose the type of Limo that will be picking up my group on my VIP Package Order?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept specific requests for limo types.  Due to the incredible deal you are receiving we cannot guarantee specific limo requests. Our providers utilize Stretch Limousines, Limo Buses and SUV Limousines. You could receive any one of these types of limos and on occasion for larger orders a combination of the types maybe utilized.

Q - Can we make multiple stops to pick up my friends?

Sorry, the VIP Packages include only 1 pick-up and 1 return to the same location. Due to the incredible deal you are receiving we cannot add additional stops or pick-ups. Please have everyone meet at 1 location for your pick up.

Q - I have purchased tickets and am not sure where to pick them up?

Tickets can be picked up on the night of event up to 1 hour before the event starts at the clubs box office. Please bring the same credit card you used to purchase the tickets, and the owner of that credit card must also be present.  During high demand ticketing periods such as NYE we will have additional locations you can pick up your tickets from, just email us for a list.

Q - Is the website secure I am always nervous submitting my credit card info?

Yes, the website is 100% secure and the security encryption is provided by one of the world's leading online security companies, GoDaddy.com SSL. For example the website is a safe to use as if you were placing a reservation with Air Canada, Hilton Hotels, etc.
